We are located in the heart of Livingstone, the tourism capital of Zambia. Conveniently a mere 5-minute walk from any local grocery store, café, club, ATM, museum, workshop and curio market. Easy access to shuttles and tour operators so that you can explore the World Heritage site: the Victoria Falls.​​ Although central to the small city, the birdlife in our garden will astonish any keen birder, with over 40 species listed, expect to be visited by flocks of Trumpeter Hornbills, Waxbills and Firefinches, Mousebirds, Sparrowhawks, Bulbul’s and of course our resident Robin Chat.
